This Super Mario Bros comic is about my self-insert going on an adventure through the events of Super Mario Bros. 1. Nate's best friend was a Toad, and now that all Toads have been turned into bricks, Nate is on a personal vendetta against Bowser.
Started and then forgotten in 2017-18, I picked the comic back up after making Video Games IRL comic. It was part of a grande plan of mine to continue my old video game comics through the idea of people coming in and traveling between video game dimensions via the portals. In the final, still unfinished issue of this comic, Death Man is introduced - one of these video game travelers who's conquered Mushroom World for his own gain.
