Roscoe Pig is quite clearly the Corporal Pig from Angry Birds. He really only was ever in The Comic from Stale Pancakes Oldies, and so whenever that gets rebooted he's usually in it.

Roscoe Pig is a member of the team who fights the Pac-Man ghosts. This is a rare time for Roscoe when he helps out the good guys, because usually he hangs out with Joe Turtle only during his antagonistic plots. Most notable of these is The Comic, in which he assists Joe in the kidnapping of Knight and the cooking of Bill Pumpkin. Another minor example is his assistance in Joe's electoral campaign (for an unknown office).

Roscoe PIG is an Angry birds Mustachio Pig. He is NOT a mutant animal, he came from Angry Birds Planet.

Roscoe Pig, here called Ross, is once again in The Comic reboot plotline. He is in charge of the Bombling army in their ploy to kidnap Knight and by that help Joe Turtle get vengeance on Sherlock the Eyeball. He unfortunately is killed by Sherlock in a massive laser blast.

Roscoe Pig ONCE AGAIN is starring in The Comic reboot plotline. He assists in the kidnapping of Knight to lure in Willy, because, as Joe Turtle says, "how many of your brethren have been popped by Willy?".
