The Joonsul was a creature found by Willy down in a Narnia-esque forest world beneath a hole inside of a barn in the events of The Comic. Despite those events being a video game, it was my contention while creating Stale Pancakes Oldies that those events really happened, at least the Joonsul becoming Chief Butthole. Oh, yeah: the Joonsul was shot with a ray and became Chief Butthole, the chief of police in Rainbow Valley.

Chief Buttox was once a mythical creature named Joonsul. Joonsul got zapped by Joe Turtle's make-a-person ray.

Joonsul is basically The Cheif Police in his original form. He's a creature of 1 person; Cheif. Meaning that there's only 1 in the world.
