Hannibalien is another one of those characters I've always wanted to figure out, so I threw him into a bunch of stuff to not much success. I think he's cool, though. He's a green classic alien wearing a biege jacket and always carrying a cigar. In Lawn Beautification Guild, he's a little more angry of a character. He's much more subdued in Stale Pancakes 9, and in that he's a minion of Bob Who, the shadowy figure trying to meddle in the lives of Rainbow Valley citizens.
