Flunky is Mr. A+'s nephew in (most canons of) Stale Pancakes. In Stale Pancakes 9, he's known as Failure Freddy - in the Stale Pancakes Oldies canon, his real name is Carlos. Everyone just calls him Flunky because he's always failing his school tests. Evidently, his relationship to Mr. A+ is NOT doing him any favors.

In Stale Pancakes 9 and Oldies, he is only involved in Joe Turtle's plot in The Comic. He nominally helps Roscoe Pig kidnap Knight to thereby lure in Willy Sketch to Joe Turtle's clutches. He really doesn't do much at all other than that.
